AWARDS

We are thrilled to inform you that Queen’s Quay Terminal has recently achieved LEED® Gold® certification (LEED® Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings). LEED® is the preeminent program for the design, construction, maintenance, and operations of high-performance green buildings.

This is an incredible achievement for this nearly 100-year-old converted warehouse. The certification process, which took place in 2023, involved many, many months of dedication and preparation, aimed to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts in order to recognize and reward Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

In addition to this, Queen’s Quay Terminal also recently achieved the Zero Carbon Building – Performance Standard Certification. CAGBC’s Zero Carbon Building™ (ZCB) standards are a made-in-Canada framework that makes carbon the new measure of building innovation.

Among the world’s first zero-carbon building standards, they recognize the importance of building emissions in reaching national climate commitments.

In conjunction with these achievements, we would like to thank the tenants of Queen’s Quay Terminal for their ongoing participation in Queen’s Quay Terminal’s sustainability initiatives and programs. Your partnership is very much appreciated.
